How to delete your GenzSwag customer account, or the data GenzSwag holds about you, on request.
Delete your account
Open the GenzSwag app, sign in, go to Account, tap "Delete my account" and confirm. You can optionally tell us why.
If you cannot access the app, contact us at info@genzswag.in or 9014079984 with the phone number your account uses, and we will action the request for you.
Once processed, your account and the personal data linked to it — your name, phone number, addresses, order and browsing history on GenzSwag — are deleted. You will be signed out on every device and will not be able to sign back in with that phone number.
Delete specific data without deleting your account
You do not have to delete your whole account to remove information you no longer want us to hold.
Saved delivery addresses can be removed any time from Your Account → Addresses.
For anything else — your order history, search history, or any other personal data — contact us at info@genzswag.in or 9014079984 and tell us what to delete. We will remove it and confirm back to you.
How long it takes
Deletion requests are completed within 72 hours of us receiving them.
