The limits of what GenzSwag can be held to.
Product information
Product descriptions, specifications and images are supplied by the manufacturers and suppliers whose goods we sell. We check what we reasonably can, but we cannot independently verify every claim a manufacturer makes about their own product.
Colours can differ between what your screen shows and the item itself. Where a difference would matter to you, ask us before ordering.
Pricing and availability
Prices and stock levels change. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund it in full where an item has been listed at a clearly incorrect price, or where stock is no longer available. You will be told, and you will not be charged.
Third-party content
Brand names and trademarks shown on this store belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here indicates that we stock the product, not that the brand endorses this store.
What this does not limit
Nothing here removes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2019 or any other law that cannot be contracted out of. Where anything on this page conflicts with those rights, those rights apply.
Something here unclear, or need it applied to an order? Raise a ticket and we will answer in writing.
